We hand-select our people. We always look to hire our service team employees with a restaurant/service background. Why? To ensure your service remains the best in the business, our service teams schedule Customer Account Reviews. This is our chance to ask you how we are doing. In a short meeting, we will ask you about all aspects of our service to you. You see, because we take the time to ask, we continuously improve as a company.

We keep track of details! That’s why we started logging your calls. We’ve always felt it was important to stay in touch with our customers, but now we have a record of each time you call us. And the fact that all calls must be responded to by a member of your service team assures you that we are taking this service thing very seriously! Want a copy of your call log? We even employ an independent company to periodically survey our customers. Tired of looking at invoices that have so many adjustments and scribbles that you can’t even figure out what you received, what was billed, and what you paid?

Old linen invoices were messy! That’s why we invested in state-of-the art handheld devices and printers for every route representative. When changes are made to your deliveries, you will receive a clean, easy-to-read copy of your delivery without all the scribbles. Need a copy of an old invoice?
